The Metro Birmingham Chapter of the SCLC, in collaboration with Name Ministries, is proud to present the 39th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Breakfast, honoring the life and legacy of Dr. King. This significant event will take place on January 18, 2025, at 9:00 AM at New Bethlehem Baptist Church, located at 1730 11th Avenue North, Bessemer, Alabama, under the leadership of Pastor Thomas Jefferson Rogers, Jr. The breakfast will feature an inspiring keynote address by Jefferson County Commissioner Lashunda Scales, who serves District 1. Attendees will hear from prominent leaders, including Rev. Dr. R.L. Patterson, President of the SCLC Birmingham Chapter, along with other distinguished guests.
